This package is designed to provide that extra helping hand required for the big things on the day. With this package you will have a dedicated event manager present on the day to over see the set up of your ceremony and the reception. This package will also include meeting with you prior to the wedding day to meet and discuss your plans and help you address any last minute apprehension.
Includes: 5 hours on the day, 1 preparation meeting, email correspondence and 1 Event Manager.
For larger weddings this package is to provide much more assistance with the managing and organisation required for your wedding. You receive a number of preparation meetings prior to the wedding to discuss your plans and set up. CLARA EVENTS will work with you to assist you in coordinating all your requirements and the details. We will make confirmation calls with all suppliers two weeks prior to the event. We will work with you and the venue to determine the best way to order your wedding day as well as create a personalised itinerary of your special day for you and all suppliers.

CLARA EVENTS will create a personally tailored package for your wedding day. This package differs from the full service package as we take care of all the planning for you. CLARA EVENTS is able to start discussing and planning with you 12 months prior to your event. This package also includes confirmation calls with all suppliers two weeks prior to the event and a personalised itinerary of your special day for you and all suppliers.
6 months prior to wedding date:

12 months prior to wedding date:
Includes: 8 service hours on the day, 5 preparation meetings, vendor research and selection, vendor confirmation, run sheet preparation, 1 site visit to the ceremony and 1 to the reception venue, 1 Event Manager, 1 Assistant.
